Oсновните дейности на фирмата включват проектиране, доставка, инсталиране и сервиз на професионални аудио и видео системи от водещи фирми в бранша, на които ФИЛКОМ ООД е официален дистрибутор – BOSCH Security Systems (включва бившето направление Communication, Security and Imaging на PHILIPS за професионална аудио и видео техника), Stentofon ZENITEL Group (интеркомни системи) и Gonsin конгресна техника.

За последните близо две десетилетия фирмата има реализирани множество ключови обекти покриващи много широк диапазон от клиенти, от хотели до индустриални комплекси и държавни институции. The company's main activities include design, installation and maintenance of professional audio and video systems from leading companies in the field, for which Filcom Ltd is official distributor. These are BOSCH Security Systems (including the former Philips division for professional audio and video systems Communication, Security and Imaging), Stentofon ZENITEL Group (intercom systems) and Gonsin Digital Conference Equipment.

In the last almost two decades the company has realized a lot of key projects, covering a huge variety of clients, from hotels to industrial complexes and government institutions. The aim of the company during this time has always been to establish itself as a reliable and trustworthy partner of subcontractors and investors.
